living a fast paced and active life these days it is great to give some time to yourself to cleans and become new again.
We can accumulate unwanted nasties on our journey and if its a really clever nastie we wont even know we have one. This is way i am doing a colon cleanse. Apart from being absolutly shocked when i saw what can come out by doing a colon cleanse the colon itself can show you if your halding on the past ways alot or if your ready to embace the new. im ready to do this as i have never done a cleanse in my life and hope to give you some insight of what can result. this is going to last for 8 days this is day one give you more info tomorrow…
