Well I have found that the best way is to simply embrace it and LOVE IT. By this I mean to allocate a special time for it but ONLY after you have started and finished those things you Know you should be doing with your life First thing when you wake up. You will find that once you build this habit of doing the things you Know you should be doing but don’t like to do that it will become easier to do and will start to give you adrenal rushes that will keep you addicted to this positive behavior. And low and behold that bad habit you are trying to get rid of wont actually be that tasty to do anymore =)

The best way to handle these stressful situations is to get your body into healthy upright posture and deep slow belly breathing and you will be feeling a lot more at ease and a lot more productive at what you are doing too. I find that when I’m learning a complex thing and skill that stretches my comfort zone I starts to slouch and cross my legs in the weirdest way and breath very shallow. This then makes me tired and not able to continue to learn and be productive anymore. But after I consciously become aware of what my body is doing and bring it into healthy posture and nice deep belly breathing I become full of energy and am then able to continue what It is I was setting out to do.

decision |diˈsiZHən|
noun
a conclusion or resolution reached after consideration: I’ll make the decision on my own | the editor’s decision is final.
• the action or process of deciding something or of resolving a question: the information was used as the basis for decision.
• a formal judgment: last year’s Supreme Court decision.
• the ability or tendency to make decisions quickly; decisiveness: she was a woman of decision.

What part of your life have you yet to make a decision on?

Let me tell you first hand that a life lived without decision will waste all your time, zap you of energy and cause unnecessary pain for your future.

I know at times it feels like we don’t always have the answers we need, but don’t worry they will come hard and fast once a decision is made.

To know when you are making the right decision you ask?

Well here’s a little gem I learned from Rikka Zimmerman from access consciousness fame, is that the truth will always make you feel lighter and a lie will always make you feel heavier.

So which decisions are making you feel lighter and which are making you feel heavier right now?

ps Here’s a video that sums up decision perfectly courtesy of disney’s Mulan:
