why trying to get rid of something doesnt work

We all have aspects of ourselves we would like to get rid of and no matter how hard we try to it seems to persist we a vengeance. Well I have found that the best way is to simply embrace it and LOVE IT. By this I mean to allocate a special time for it but ONLY after you have started and finished those things you Know you should be doing with your life First thing when you wake up. You will find that once you build this habit of doing the things you Know you should be doing but don’t like to do that it will become easier to do and will start to give you adrenal rushes that will keep you addicted to this positive behavior. And low and behold that bad habit you are trying to get rid of wont actually be that tasty to do anymore =)
